Anita Lovse
Co-CEO
Anita Lovse is the founder and owner of Medical Group Care, LLC and a co-owner of SYNA Medical, LLC. Ms. Lovse has proudly served as Vice-Chair of the 2019 Bucket List Bash, Chair of the 2020 Bucket List Bash, Co-Chair of the 2021 Bucket List Bash, and Co-chair of the 2022 Bucket list bash, a signature event of The American Cancer Society that raises around $1M per event. She was named as a “Top Philanthropist” by Gulfshore Life Magazine in 2021 to honor her incredible work in the Naples community where she resides currently. The proud mom of two children, Thomas and Valentina, Anita earned her Bachelor of Economics degree at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, Slovenia.

Hindy Rosenberg
Co-CEO
Mrs. Rosenberg has worked in the healthcare industry for decades with positions in branding, marketing, volunteer coordination, and medical supply distribution. From a deep commitment to serve others, she pivoted a promotional products business to serve medical facilities and nursing homes with essentials. When she added supplying government entities and hospitals with PPE in response to the COVID crisis, she began work with the American Cancer Society and was inspired to support their ResearcHERs program through a product-based, philanthropic initiative. In addition to spending time with her cherished family, she is engaged in her community as a matchmaker and coach.

Arlene Norris
National Medical Sales Director
With over 22 years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing, Arlene Norris is a seasoned professional in her field. She has worked in the corporate environment for many years, gaining extensive experience in hospitals, home care, operations, and team building. She has owned her own consulting business and has helped countless organizations achieve their goals. As the Director of Business Development at Aetna, Arlene was responsible for starting a Medicaid Health Plan from scratch, an undertaking that was successfully completed and is now one of the fastest-growing health plans in Manhattan. Highly sought-after by numerous healthcare companies, she joins SYNA Medical to execute her vision to build a dream team of sales professionals. From a guiding principle that work should be fueled by passion, Arlene is honored to be a part of a woman-led organization that supports women researchers.

Jay A. Rodin
Chairman
Having arranged capital markets transactions in excess of $5 billion, Mr. Rodin brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking with expertise in equity and debt capital raising, public and private mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, strategic partnership formation, and investment vehicle formation. Mr. Rodin is Chairman of LeBaron Capital LLC and serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Formation at Blackwells Capital. He is as an advisor to Tsakos Energy Navigation and participated in its IPO (NYSE: TNP). Previously, Mr. Rodin was a Senior Managing Director at Sunrise Securities Corp and Head of Nomura Securities’ global equity sales desk. Mr. Rodin holds a M.B.A. from New York University in International Finance.

Bernie Freilich
COO/Comptroller
Mr. Freilich of Brooklyn, NY brings his medical supply and distribution expertise to the role of Chief Operating Officer. As an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience spanning multiple industries as Head of Sales, he has led successful teams focused on revenue growth, sales strategy, and market development. Most recently, when the COVID crisis began, his medical supply business equipped FEMA and other government agencies with PPE, an engagement that specifically led him to the founding and development of SYNA Medical. Mr. Freilich is a lifelong philanthropist engaged with numerous community-based charities.

Eddie Dayan
VP of Development & Sales
Mr. Dayan began his career in the retail business in 1991 and shortly thereafter in 1995, founded his own accessories company, Silver Goose, which held more than 30 licenses. He launched major licensing initiatives with Hello Kitty, Paul Frank, Fubu, and TMNT, generating sales of over $200M annually with big-box retailers including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Costco, Walmart, Kohl’s, and Target. In 2014 Eddie diversified his business interests, investing in real estate and other small businesses ventures. Currently the CMO/Partner of Sportlife, not only does Mr. Dayan bring this demonstrated history of accomplishment in manufacturing and licensing to the team, he is a passionate champion for the mission.
